No, Peter Cullen is the default setting for all Optimus Prime voiceovers, even ones that occur in your mind.

Also, isn't it badass they brought the original Megatron back to voice the Megatron in Prime.

As if to say that all the posers that had tried to usurp him and tarnish the name of Megatron were no more. It was at that moment that I realised the Bad was BACK, it almost made me forget the horror that is the Bay Movies.
